VIRGIN MATCHA MOJITO

MATCHA RECIPES VIRGIN MOJITO

Mellow Mojito 

matcha, white tea kombucha, lime, peach ice and Okinawa sugar 

Serve 

1 tbsp Okinawa sugar, crushed 

50ml matcha shot (cool) 

200ml Oolong Kombucha (HOLOS) 

1 Drop Peach essence (MEDICIN FLOWER) 

15ml lime juice 

Ice  

Garnish 

- 50g Fresh lime, cut into fine slices 

Method 

Serve 

Add the sugar to the glass followed by the ice and slices of lime. 

Add one drop of the peach essence to the top ice cube so that it mixes as you make the drink (never add at  the end or it will be too strong) 

Add the matcha shot after the ice, then the lime juice and top with kombucha
