Matcha Lavender Lemonade
- 1 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 7-8 lemons)
- 3/4 cup natural sweetener (honey or coconut sugar)
- 8 cups water
- 2 tbsp culinary lavender
- Heat water + sweetener
- Add lavender + lemon juice.
- Allow to simmer.
- Take off of heat, allow to cool.
- Serve over ice!
- Top with deliciously whisked and foamy JENKI matcha
