A JENKI go-to for a pre or post workout boost

  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1 avocado 
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tsp flax seed
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 scoop of collagen or protein powder
  • Top with hemp seeds

Blend on high until smooth, pour in glass, sip and power on
