INGREDIENTS:
OAT LAYER:
- 25g rolled oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 120g almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 chopped date
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
MATCHA CASHEW LAYER:
- 30g cashews (soaked for 2+ hours in water or boiled in water for 15 minutes)
- 25ml water
- 2.5g Matcha
- 1 tsp maple syrup
YOGURT LAYER:
- 50g greek yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all Oat Layer ingredients to a bowl or the bottom of your container of choice and mix
- Blend all the Matcha Cashew Layer in a high speed blender. (You can make them in a bigger batch and use over 4-5 days, we just recommend adding the matcha daily as it may lose its freshness and colour)
- Mix the greek yogurt and maple syrup together.
- Assemble layers in a glass/jar/tupperwear
- Dust with Matcha, pop in the fridge for at least 2 hours overnight and enjoy!
