MATCHA COCONUT FLAKES
Matcha Coconut Flakes to add to your favourite granola
INGREDIENTS:
300g granola
100g coconut flakes
15g coconut oil
20g maple syrup
4g Matcha and matcha whisk until completely smooth
DIRECTIONS:
Melt the coconut oil either in the microwave or on the hob (it'll melt fairly quickly, like butter)
Add the maple syrup
Sieve the matcha and whisk until completely smooth into the mix until completely smooth
Swirl the mix around so mix covers bowl and pour in 100g coconut flakes
Using a fork mix together until matcha mix completely covers coconut flakes
Spread out on parchment paper tray for about 30 mins
You can use these coconut flakes for a range of different toppings on your porridge, granola or yogurt!
