MATCHA DIPPED FIGS

These matcha-dipped figs are the perfect recipe to try out while figs are still in season!
They have the perfect balance between sweet and earthy, topped off with sea salt for the ultimate matcha thrill!

RECIPE :

INGREDIENTS :

Figs

1 Bar White Chocolate

5-10g JENKI Matcha

Sea Salt


INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Cut figs in halves
2. Melt white chocolate (can substitute for vegan chocolate) in bain-marie
3. Add 5-10g JENKI Matcha (can change depending on how strong of a matcha taste you want)
4. Dip half of each fig half in matcha dip
5. Sprinkle sea salt on top (feel free to experiment with other toppings, we thought sea salt was the perfect addition)
