A firm favourite at our JENKI pop-ups. Super easy. Super Chewy. Super tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 TBSP COCONUT OIL
  • 8 CUPS MINI MARSHMALLOWS
  • 12 CUPS RICE KRISPIES
  • 1 BAR DARK CHOCOLATE
  • 2 TSP MATCHA

HOW TO:

  • MELT THE COCONUT OIL IN A PAN ON LOW HEAT
  • MIX IN THE MATCHA
  • MELT THE MARSHMELLOWS
  • MIX IN THE RICE KRISPIES
  • SPREAD OUT THE MIX IN A LINED TRAY
  • MELT THE CHOCOLATE
  • DRIZZLE THE CHOCOLATE OVER THE KRISPIE MIX
  • COOL IN THE FRIDGE
  • CHOP INTO SQUARES AND ENJOY!
