A firm favourite at our JENKI pop-ups. Super easy. Super Chewy. Super tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 TBSP COCONUT OIL
- 8 CUPS MINI MARSHMALLOWS
- 12 CUPS RICE KRISPIES
- 1 BAR DARK CHOCOLATE
- 2 TSP MATCHA
HOW TO:
- MELT THE COCONUT OIL IN A PAN ON LOW HEAT
- MIX IN THE MATCHA
- MELT THE MARSHMELLOWS
- MIX IN THE RICE KRISPIES
- SPREAD OUT THE MIX IN A LINED TRAY
- MELT THE CHOCOLATE
- DRIZZLE THE CHOCOLATE OVER THE KRISPIE MIX
- COOL IN THE FRIDGE
- CHOP INTO SQUARES AND ENJOY!
