INGREDIENTS:
- 1 x 165g tub of room temp cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tsp JENKI Matcha
- Blackberry jam
- Bread of choice - toasted
DIRECTIONS:
- Add your room temperature cream cheese to a mixing bowl, beat with a whisk for 30 seconds until softened.
- Add 1/2 of light brown sugar, or sweetener of your choice. Whisk again until dissolved.
- Sift 2 tsp of JENKI Matcha and whisk for a further 60 seconds.
- Toast your bread until golden and let it cool slightly.
- Using the back of two small spoons, scoop and press your jam and matcha cream cheese into your toast, alternating between the two to create a checkered pattern.
