HOW TO JENKI BANANA BREAD?
YOU'LL NEED:
DRY INGREDIENTS:
- 2 CUPS OF FLOUR
- 1TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2 TBS MATCHA
WET INGREDIENTS:
- 2 RIPE MASHED BANANAS*
- 2/3 CUP OF OLIVE OR COCONUT OIL
- 2/3 CUP OF MAPLE SYRUP OR HONEY
- 1/3 CUP OF MILK
*for a bananaless loaf, use 2 eggs instead
(you can replace all ingredients with vegan & GF alternatives)
PROCESS:
- PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 160 DEGREES
- MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN BOWL
- MIX WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN SEPARATE BOWL
- MIX BOTH WET & DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- ADD MIX INTO A GREASED BAKING TIN
- BAKE YOUR LOAF FOR 45-55 MINS
- (UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN)
BOOM.
