Instructions

Add one JENKI tsp (2g) of matcha to a cup. Add a splash of water and whisk in zig-zag motions until all lumps are gone. Top with water or  plant based milk of your choice. (Optional: add your choice of sweetener). 

Care: Look after your whisk and it will last. Soak in warm water for at least 30 seconds before each use and rinse down with water after every use and leave to dry head up.

USING YOUR BAMBOO WHISK

Three steps for expert whisking.

1. SOAK

Soak your matcha whisk in hot water before each use to soften and protect bristles.

2. WHISK

Use your bloomed matcha whisk to whisk matcha until frothy.

3. RINSE + DRY

Rinse thoroughly after every use + stand upside down to dry or use a whisk stand.
