Description

Designed for those new to matcha, or anyone wanting to refine their daily ritual.

Our Uji Matcha is sourced from our long standing partners who produce matcha in the foothills of Kyoto, where shaded tea plants develop depth, sweetness and umami. The result is a vibrant green powder with a smooth, rounded flavour that works beautifully with water or milk.

The accompanying tools ensure proper preparation, from sieving for a lump-free whisk to measuring the right strength for consistent results.

Instructions

Add one JENKI tsp (2g) of JENKI Uji Matcha to a cup. Add a splash of water and whisk until all lumps are gone. Top with water or plant based milk of your choice. (Optional: add your choice of sweetener).

MAKING JENKI YOUR DAILY RITUAL

Scoop + sift JENKI Matcha from your tin into a bowl.

2. WHISK

Use your bamboo whisk and hot (but not boiling) water to whisk matcha until frothy.

3. POUR

Enjoy hot or iced, paired with water or as a latte with milk.
