We’re now looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead the next chapter of our digital growth, focused on subscription, retention, customer spend, and delivering a seamless, elevated experience across our online store. With a new website refresh underway, it’s an exciting moment to shape how people discover and experience JENKI online.
Objectives of the Role

Grow Subscription Revenue & Retention: Increase the number of active subscribers and improve customer lifetime value by enhancing the subscription journey, reducing churn, and driving repeat purchases.

Optimise Digital Performance: Continuously improve site conversion rates, AOV, and ROAS across paid channels through data-driven decision-making and testing.

Deliver a Seamless Customer Journey: Ensure a consistent, premium experience from first site visit to post-purchase, building loyalty and advocacy.

Maximise Commercial Impact: Use insights, trading opportunities, and targeted campaigns to drive revenue growth while protecting margins.

Support Website Refresh Launch: Play a key role in implementing and optimising the new site to align with business goals and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Strengthen Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with brand, creative, operations, and customer service teams to ensure eCommerce activity supports wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Trading & Optimisation

Own and optimise the daily operations of our Shopify site, driving conversions and excellent user experience

Monitor stock levels and product performance, tracking trends and ensuring inventory is aligned with demand and launches

Scale our Recharge-powered subscription model, improving customer retention, spend, loyalty, and experience
-
Own and execute seasonal product drops, coordinating timing, creative, and performance tracking
-
Monitor and report on key metrics: AOV, conversion, churn, retention, and repeat customer rate
-
Manage, optimise and build new email flows and automations via Klaviyo
2. Paid Media & Digital Growth

Oversee performance marketing across Meta, Google, and TikTok
-
Brief, coordinate and review digital ad creative to ensure consistency and performance
-
Track and optimise key growth metrics, including CACs, ROAS, conversions, LTV, and more
-
Responsibility for testing/optimising creative via A/B testing
3. Customer Experience

Work with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless purchase and post-purchase experience

Continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey, from landing page to unboxing
-
Work closely with our customer service team to ensure an exceptional digital support experience
-
Identify points of friction and implement solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty
4. Strategy, Insights & Cross-Team Collaboration

Use customer and sales data to drive strategic decisions and share actionable insights with the wider team
-
Support the execution of our upcoming website refresh to ensure functionality and customer flow are optimised
-
Work closely with founders and internal teams across brand, creative, ops and product to deliver joined-up campaigns

Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in DTC and subscription-based brands
-
Strong experience with Shopify and digital performance tools (GA, Klaviyo, etc.)

Proven track record managing paid media, either directly or through agencies
-
Comfortable working with creative teams and briefing assets across channels
-
Confident interpreting data and using it to drive results

Bonus: experience in wellness, food, or beverage sectors
