Brand Ambassadors

We are on the lookout for JENKI Ambassadors!

We have lots of exciting events coming up over the Summer and we’re looking to create a team of dedicated JENKI Ambassadors to work these events. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Strong interpersonal skills. Our JENKI Ambassadors will be the face of JENKI. We are looking for high-energy people with strong social skills who can connect with event organisers and attendees, while maintaining the required level of professionalism.

A deep knowledge of matcha and JENKI. At our events, you may be interacting with people who have never heard of JENKI or matcha. Our JENKI ambassadors will be confident in educating people about matcha (what is it, where does it come from, what are the health benefits) and JENKI (why was JENKI created, what is our mission, where does our product come from).

Highly-capable people with strong problem-solving skills. Our JENKI events range from pop-ups, to brand partnerships, to in-store activations + more - no two events are the same. Majority of the time, our events will be held in unfamiliar environments, so it’s important our JENKI Ambassadors are adaptable and comfortable with taking initiative. This role stems beyond being a Matcharista - as a JENKI Ambassador you will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with event organisers, setting up and packing down the JENKI Cart, setting up and managing a payment system if required and more. These can be fast-paced, high-pressure environments so strong problem-solving and communications skills are very important. We would expect our JENKI Ambassadors to carefully read the event brief prior to their shift and ask any questions they may have ahead of time, so that they can fully manage the running of the event on the day.
