MELON MILK MATCHA

Two things that are made to be mixed: matcha & melon. This really couldn’t be a more delicious pairing. And easy to pull together in minutes for a green caffeine hit.

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • Half a cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 240ml milk of choice (we used @rudehealth coconut)
  • One JENKI Matcha shot (2.5g matcha whisked with 40ml water)
  • Ice

 


DIRECTIONS:

 

  1. Sieve your matcha into a bowl, add 40ml of warm water, and whisk for 30 seconds until frothy.
  2. Deseed and scoop out or cut up your melon.
  3. Add it & your milk to a blender, blend until smooth.
  4. Add your ice to a glass, strain your melon milk into the glass & top with your JENKI matcha shot.
  5. Enjoy!
