MATCHA PALOMA
You may or may not know, but we are really in our Paloma era this summer. Tequila and grapefruit are just perfect together, and if you like margaritas - you will love this one. Sweet, sour, refreshing - sign us up.
For the sixth cocktail in our Matcha Mixology series, we added matcha into the mix - and so, the Matcha Paloma was born!
INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml tequila blanco / silver
- 70ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15oz lime juice
- 80ml soda
- 15ml agave or simple syrup
- 1/2 JENKI Matcha shot (0.5 tsp of JENKI whisked in 15 warm water)
- 2 x grapefruit wedges
- Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Run a grapefruit wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into some flaky salt, or sprinkle over at an angle.
- Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and agave nectar in a glass.
- Add your other grapefruit wedge to your glass and fill with ice.
- Add your tequila and grapefruit mix, and top it off with soda.
- Finish with your half JENKI Matcha shot.
