Recently, we’ve tried a lot of matcha martinis - both at home and in bars/restaurants. The majority of them have been clear and light yet very strong - and not creamy and rich like their coffee counterpart: the espresso martini. So we decided to make our own! 

This Matcha Martini is creamy, dreamy, and delicious. Perfect for a post-dinner drink, or a post-work/pre-night out bev! And it is probably the easiest matcha cocktail you’ll ever make. 


  • 1 JENKI Matcha shot (1 tsp of JENKI whisked in 30ml warm water)
  • 20ml coconut milk 
  • 40ml vodka
  • 10ml vanilla simple syrup (made by boiling 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste)
  • 1 tbsp of aquafaba (optional - creates foamy top)



  1. Add all your ingredients to shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. 
  3. Strain into your fave martini glass. 
  4. Sip and have the best night ever.
