MATCHA LYCHEE MARTINI
Like a lychee martini - but ten times better - and is SO easy to make! If you wanna become a martini drinker, but can’t do the straight-up, this approachable martini is super sippable and will become your new go-to.
Make it for your next dinner party and thank us later! To make this a mocktail, swap the vodka and vermouth for your favourite non-alcoholic spirit.
Ingredients:
- 45ml vodka
- 60ml lychee juice
- 15ml white vermouth
- Half teaspoon matcha whisked in 15ml of water
- Ice
- Lychees to garnish
- JENKI Matcha
How-to:
- Whisk your matcha and water and add it to a shaker with all of your other liquid ingredients and some ice.
- Shake for 10-15 seconds until frothy.
- Strain into a martini glass (which you can chill in the freezer if you’re feelin’ fancy) and garnish with two lychees on a cocktail pick.
- Serve to your guests and receive their immediate respect for your matcha mixology.
