MATCHA LIMONADA
We decided to add a Jenki twist to the Brazilian Limonada recipes we've been seeing everywhere by adding matcha!
It's super refreshing and easy to make with the perfect zesty and sweet balance.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 limes
- 250ml cold water
- 150g ice
- 200g condensed milk
- 5g Matcha
DIRECTIONS:
- Zest your limes and set zest aside.
- Using a sharp knife, remove as much of the white pith around the limes as you can. Discard the pith as this is what causes a bitter taste.
- Add zests, limes, water, ice, condensed milk and matcha to a blender and blend for about a minute.
- Strain, and pour into a glass.
- If you're feeling fancy you can garnish with a lime round, or anything you want!
- Enjoy!
