It’s officially spritz season - and what’s not to love about a refreshing, sparkling cocktail as the weather starts to warm up? 

We discovered a match made in heaven during the development of this one - matcha & elderflower. They are meant to be - and the recipe to bring this Matcha Elderflower Spritz couldn’t be easier. Make it for your next gathering & thank us later! 


  • 30ml elderflower liqueur 
  • 90ml prosecco 
  • 1 JENKI Matcha shot (1 tsp of JENKI whisked in 30ml warm water)
  • 50ml soda water 
  • Cucumber to garnish 


  1. Using a potato peeler or knife, peel a fine sliver of cucumber to garnish your glass. 
  2. Fill your glass with ice & add your cucumber garnish to the side of the glass to create a wrapped look. 
  3. Pour in your elderflower liqueur, prosecco and matcha shot - stir well. 
  4. Top your drink off with soda water, add a straw, and enjoy this super-sippable spritz!

For a mocktail spritz, swap out the liqueur and prosecco for your favourite non-alcoholic aperitif and sparkling wine. Enjoy!
