- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
HOW-TO:
- Wash and dry your cherries well
- Break up your white chocolate and add it to a bowl with 1tbsp of coconut oil.
- Use a double boiler (bowl on top of boiling water on stove) to melt your chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Line a sheet pan with greaseproof/parchment paper.
- Once your chocolate is fully melted and combined with the coconut oil, sift in 3tsp of JENKI Matcha powder and mix until smooth and consistent in colour and texture.
- Dip cherries into the matcha chocolate one by one, allowing excess chocolate to drip into the bowl.
-
Place chocolate covered cherries on lined sheet pan, ensuring to keep them separate from each other, and place in the fridge for up to one hour to set.
- Once set, melt your dark chocolate and the remaining 1tbsp of coconut oil using the same double boiler.
- Once all nice ’n’ melty, use a spoon and a swirling motion to decorate your cherries as you please - Picasso!
- Place back in the fridge to set until ready to serve.
