MATCHA BLACKBERRY BARK

Our latest sweet treat obsession, we’ve been seeing fruit bark everywhere and can definitely get behind this trend as one of our 5-a-day. Of course we had to put our own matcha spin on it, and it turned out even better than we’d hoped for!
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Wash and dry your blackberries.
  2. Melt your white chocolate and coconut oil together.
  3. Sift in your matcha powder, stir until well combined and no matcha clumps are visible.
  4. Lay your blackberries on a piece of parchment.
  5. Freeze for one hour or more.
  6. Snap off a piece, and enjoy!
Store your bark in the fridge or freezer.
