MATCHA BLACKBERRY BARK
Our latest sweet treat obsession, we’ve been seeing fruit bark everywhere and can definitely get behind this trend as one of our 5-a-day. Of course we had to put our own matcha spin on it, and it turned out even better than we’d hoped for!
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g white chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 5g JENKI Matcha powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash and dry your blackberries.
- Melt your white chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Sift in your matcha powder, stir until well combined and no matcha clumps are visible.
- Lay your blackberries on a piece of parchment.
- Freeze for one hour or more.
- Snap off a piece, and enjoy!
Store your bark in the fridge or freezer.
