This Coconut Cloud Matcha is our new obsession here at JENKI! It's super tasty, super refreshing and super easy to make! The combination of the matcha, the cream and the coconut water creates a perfect balance, it's sweet but refreshing and hydrating! This is our new go-to summer matcha recipe!


  • Coconut Water
  • 50ml double cream
  • 20ml milk (of choice)
  • 3-4g JENKI matcha


  1. Use a milk frother (a blender or hand mixer will work here too!) to whip up the double cream, milk, and sifted matcha until a pourable but thick consistency is reached.
  2. Add ice and coconut water to a glass, pour matcha cold foam on top. Enjoy!
