Ingredients:
1 x 300g punnet of fresh strawberriesAgave
6g JENKI Matcha80g hot water300g coconut milk
How to:
- Wash and prepare your strawberries, removing their tops. Set 4 strawberries aside and halve them.
- Blend the remaining strawberries and a splash of agave until smooth.
- Add half a strawberry to each of your ice pop mould and top with the blended strawberry mix.
- Pop this in the freezer for an hour.
- After an hour, make your matcha! Whisk 6g of sifted JENKI Matcha into a bowl + add 80g of hot but not boiling water.
- Whisk until smooth + frothy, then add the coconut milk and stir to combine.
- Remove your ice pops from the freezer and top with your matcha latte mix, then add the ice pops sticks.
- Allow to set in the freezer overnight, then grab one + enjoy being cool, calm and caffeinated.
