STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE ICE POP

Cooling and refreshing with the signature strawberry and matcha combination. This is one of our favourites!

SHOP MATCHA

Ingredients:

1 x 300g punnet of fresh strawberriesAgave
6g JENKI Matcha80g hot water300g coconut milk

How to: 

  1. Wash and prepare your strawberries, removing their tops. Set 4 strawberries aside and halve them.
  2. Blend the remaining strawberries and a splash of agave until smooth.
  3. Add half a strawberry to each of your ice pop mould and top with the blended strawberry mix.
  4. Pop this in the freezer for an hour.
  5. After an hour, make your matcha! Whisk 6g of sifted JENKI Matcha into a bowl + add 80g of hot but not boiling water.
  6. Whisk until smooth + frothy, then add the coconut milk and stir to combine.
  7. Remove your ice pops from the freezer and top with your matcha latte mix, then add the ice pops sticks.
  8. Allow to set in the freezer overnight, then grab one + enjoy being cool, calm and caffeinated.
