Ingredients:
4 generous scoops of pistachio ice cream (or your ice cream of choice!)4 teaspoons of JENKI Matcha200ml of warm waterCrushed pistachios
How to:
- Measure out 4 tsp of JENKI Matcha and sift into a bowl.
- Add warm water and whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy and clump free.
- Scoop out 4 generous scoops of ice cream, and pour a shot of matcha over each.
- Top with crushed pistachios.
- Serve & enjoy!
