
Bright, fresh and layered with tropical fruit and smooth matcha.
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 ripe passion fruit60ml vodka30ml Passoã (passion fruit liqueur)½ fresh lime1 tbsp sugar syrup1 JENKI Matcha shot
How to:
Scoop out ½ a passion fruit and add to a shaker with the vodka, Passoã, freshly squeezed lime juice and sugar syrup.
Fill with ice and shake until ice cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Top with a shot of matcha and finish with the remaining half of the passion fruit.
