MATCHA STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

With Wimbledon season here, we decided to add a matcha twist to the classic Strawberries and Cream, and it has quickly become one of our favourite summer snacks! Sweet, yummy and super easy to make!

 

Recipe (1-2 servings): 


 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8-12 Strawberries, hulled
  • 50ml double cream
  • 2.5g matcha
20g water
  • 2 tsp sugar (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk your matcha with 60-80C water until frothy and no lumps remain.
  2. Add to your double cream and stir.
  3. Pour over your strawberries, and enjoy!
