INGREDIENTS:

BATCH OF MARGARITA MIX:
360ml water
240ml agave syrup
240ml lemon juice (fresh)
240ml lime juice (fresh)

MIX ALL TOGETHER AND STORE IN BOTTLE/SEALABLE CONTAINER

MATCHA SALT RIM:
5g salt
4.5 light caster brown sugar
2g matcha

TO MAKE THE COCKTAIL:
Wet top of the glass with lime
Dip in matcha salt
Fill glass with ice
Add 125ml Mary mix
Add 50ml shot of good tequila
Top with matcha shot (40ml water + 2g matcha whisked)
