Description

The Discovery Set is a curation of our bestsellers. Each set contains:

  • 40g Uji Matcha tin
  • 30g Saekari Matcha tin
  • 30g Hojicha tin
Instructions

For Uji Matcha & Saekari:

Add 2-3g (1 JENKI teaspoon) of Saekari Matcha to a bowl. Add a splash of warm water and whisk until smooth and frothy. Top with your choice of milk or water.

For Hojicha:

Sieve 2.5g / 1 heaped tsp of powder into a bowl, add 40ml of warm water, whisk until frothy and lump free. Top with milk or water, hot or iced.

Uji Matcha: 100% ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced for the Foothills in Uji, Japan

Saekari Mathca: 100% ceremonial-grade matcha, sourced from Yame, Japan

Hojicha: 100% Japanese Hojicha Powder, sourced from Yame, Japan

Use a bamboo whisk and hot (but not boiling) water to whisk matcha until frothy.
